primaryschool.ie provides a free platform for Irish primary school PTAs to manage fundraising campaigns, team coordination, and community engagement.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be authorised to represent your PTA
• One PTA account per school

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your affiliation with a school or PTA
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts

5. Fundraising

When using our fundraising features, you agree to use funds collected for the stated purposes and in accordance with your PTA's objectives. We do not process payments directly but facilitate connections between donors and schools.

6. Intellectual Property

The primaryschool.ie platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to use it for providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

primaryschool.ie is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
